We can transcribe from any format to any format. If the specific format you have is not listed below
please do contact us as chances are that we have the capability.
We provide the following transcription services:
Digital Transcription Services
We can transcribe from all digital audio file formats, including: DSS, MP3, WAV & WMA.
Tape Transcription Services
We can transcribe from all cassette sizes, including: Minicassette, Microcassette, and Standard cassette.
Our transcriptionists are specialists in a wide range of fields. This means we can provide the following transcription services:

- Medical Transcription Services
Our standard turnaround time is within 48hrs. Faster turnaround is available but a premium will be charged. For example,
same day or overnight turnaround is not a problem.
Our standard charge for transcription is £15+ VAT per effort hour, and we estimate that it requires 5 hours effort to transcribe a 1 hour 1-on-1 interview. Although this does depend on recording quality and clarity of voices. Bulk discounts
are available and are negotiated on an individual basis based on volume, time, and tape clarity. No job is too big or too small, we have the flexibility to cater for all.
Digital formats can be emailed directly to transcription@voba.co.uk, uploaded to our web server, or sent to us on CD / DVD.
Tapes should be sent to us.
We'll then transcribe then and e-mail the completed transcripts back to you. Your audio will then be destroyed or returned to you. However, please note that return postage & packaging costs will be charged.
